Welcome to my first blog. I had to start this blog to vent my ideas, my feelings and a desire to know whether I am doing it right. Your feedback will be the fuel to my writings. Few minutes and a line is all I ask. Thanks in advance.
GRADUATE IN LIFE
I am starting an educational institute called "HUMAN INSTITUTE" and the degrees offered are "GRADUATE IN LIFE", "MASTERS IN LIFE" and "DOCTORATE IN LIFE". Eligibility for enrolling for Graduate course is :
1. Minimum age : 30 years
2. Minimum academic education : Knowledge of numbers and any one language.
3. Marital status : Should be married
4. Children : Should be a parent to at least one child
5. Financial status : Should belong to middle income
6. Attitude : Positive
7. Duration of the course : 3 years
Fees will not be monetary but students will be expected to contribute in terms of ideas.
Study material will be provided. Course contents may be altered according to current requirements.
Exams will be both written and practical.
The faculties have vast experience in life. Their main achievement is that they have "LIVED" to the fullest and understood it.
The Principal of the college is a person who in addition to his own life has derived teachings from lives of many others - from past and present. When he speaks, all are forced to listen and remember.
You need not travel for classes. The lectures will be delivered through CDs, internet and telepathy. Assignments will be given and marks will be given on the basis of feedback received. Marks will be revealed only after the academic year. The degree is recognised by all who want everybody to live.
This degree will help the students to go through daily struggles of life with a calm mind and a cool composure. This will help in improving overall health and well-being which will increase his / her lifespan because we are what we think. Mind and body is inter-mingled. All mind and body maladies will be reduced and you will spend your time and thoughts positively and effectively.
They will also be eligible for the Masters course.
This degree is lot in demand lately as quality of life and quality of working has declined. People reach the age of 50 and suddenly realize that time has flown and they have no personal achievement in their kitty. They have passed no wisdom to their children and though they have crossed milestones of education and finance, their mind is disturbed and restless.
So people - please enroll in this institute and learn to get through life with minimal hassle.

TRIBUTE TO JAGJIT SINGH
The demise of Jagjit Singh has affected me a lot more than expected.
The normal procedure when I like a song is I listen to it so many times that after a point it fails to appeal. But I have listened to Jagjit Singh's songs so many times over so many years, yet they hold the same appeal even now as if listening it the first time. The choice of poetry is such that the meanings are deep and the compositions touch the heart, mind and soul. The voice is so smooth like honey and soothing to the soul. It is sad that we won't hear the voice again.
There are many of his songs which bring tears to my eyes. Words cannot express the feelings arisen by his songs.
RIP Jagjit Singhji.
Can't even imagine what Chitra Singhji must be going through.
